1. What products does Cravella Bake House offer?

We offer freshly baked cupcakes, muffins, cookies, brownies, gluten free cakes/cookies, diabetic friendly and vegan cakes/cookies and customized designer cakes for birthdays, weddings, and special events.

2. Are the cakes eggless?

Yes! We offer only eggless cakes or cookies.

3. Do you take custom or designer cake orders?

Yes, we specialise in tailor-made designer cakes. Share your theme, reference image, and details, and we’ll create it.

4. How much time in advance should I place an order?

For regular items, 24 hours is ideal. For customised designer cakes, please give 2–4 days’ advance notice, depending on complexity.

5. Do you deliver?

Yes, we provide delivery within 5kms of our locations, which is Yelahanka, Bengaluru. Post 5 kms additional charges will be applicable.

6. What ingredients do you use?

We bake fresh with 100% premium quality ingredients — no preservatives, no premixes, no chemicals, no palm oil,

no hydrogenated vegetable oil (Dalda)

7. Can I schedule delivery for a specific time?

Yes, scheduled delivery is available. Timing confirmation depends on slot availability.

8. Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! We take corporate gifting and bulk festival pre-orders for cupcakes, cookies, hampers, and return gifts.

9. How can I place an order?

10. Are you FSSAI certified?

Yes — FSSAI License No. 21225177003525.

11. Do you offer vegan cakes and desserts?

Yes! We bake 100% vegan cakes, cupcakes, and cookies using plant-based ingredients with non dairy, no eggs, and no animal products.

12. Are gluten-free desserts available?

Yes, we offer gluten-free cakes and cookies made from alternative flours like almond, oat, millet,

and rice flour — perfect for gluten intolerance or preference.

13. What sweeteners do you use for diabetic-friendly or Low G.I products?

Our Low G.I products are sweetened using khandsari sugar, coconut sugar, jaggery, or dates, making them suitable for diabetic and health-conscious customers.

14. Are your low sugar / diabetic-friendly products safe for all diabetic patients?

Our diabetic-friendly treats are made with Low G.I ingredients, but we recommend checking with your doctor if you have strict medical dietary restrictions.

15. Do vegan or gluten-free cakes cost more?

Yes, premium ingredients like almond flour, oat milk, and sugar alternatives are costlier, so prices are higher than regular cakes.

16. How do I store cakes ?

Refrigerate and consume within 24–48 hours for best freshness since we do not use preservatives or chemicals.
